- You don’t need to change your Proxy/IP address to sign up for PayPal.

- Registering as a resident of a PayPal accepted African country no longer works. You have to register as a resident of U.A.E or India and china
- You have to create a free account via https://www.shopvcc.com and then buy their Virtual PayPal Debit Card for $7.50. This card will enable you verify your PayPal Premier Account. NOTE: You need to have a LibertyReserve account in order to be able to buy the Virtual PayPal Debit Card from ShopVCC.
- You can open a LibertyReserve account for free then fund it @ the rate of N170=$1 through Instant Gold NG.or at Epay Nigeria or at some
- After ordering, ShopVCC will send you (via email) the 16 digit number of your Virtual PayPal Visa Debit Card as well as it’s expiry date (wish is within 24 hours) and CVV number.
- After filling in your debit card details @ PayPal, PayPal will request for the exact amount deducted from your card as well as the Expo(u)se PayPal code number attached to that transaction. Since you can’t check the statement of the Virtual PayPal Visa Debit Card, you’ll need to contact ShopVCC for the Expo(u)se code as well as the exact amount deducted from your card.
